An Inexpensive, Quick, and Easy Cinnamon Breadsticks Recipe That Your Family is Sure to Love

Sierra and I are happy to announce that we have our own website now. Thanks to all the support and encouragement from the community. The new site will allow us to have much more flexibility with our content. I hope you will join us at our new website www.cookwithsierra.com (Please feel free to follow this link to our new site)

Sierra, Chandra, and I have been enjoying making our own pizza as of late. Of course every good Pizza deserves to be served along side a equally good helping of Cinnamon Bread sticks.

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Add ¼ c Sugar to a small bowl.
Add ½ Tbsp of Cinnamon to the sugar.
Stir until the Sugar and Cinnamon are combined.
Butter the bottom of your cookie sheet.
Sprinkle sesame seeds into the cookie sheet.
Open the Pizza dough.
Spread out the pizza dough onto the Cookie sheet.
Melt 1 Tbsp Butter in the microwave. It should take about 1 min.
Pour the butter onto the pizza dough.
Spread the butter out on the pizza dough. A pastry brush would have worked better but we could not find ours so we used a rubber spatula.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture onto the butter use your best judgment. I would say we used a little over half the sugar mixture.
Spread the Cinnamon and Sugar evenly over the Bread sticks.
Bake for 7-8 min then check the breadsticks if you want harder breadsticks cook them a bit longer. I like them just golden to where they are soft on the outside and crispy on the bottom. Take care not to cook too long or the sesame seeds will burn on the bottom.
